Hi everyone, I'm back from the Grand Canyon!
The photo above shows hikers zigzagging down on South Kaibab Trail heading towards the valley. Even though we couldn't get to the Colorado River, the 13-mile hike was worth the effort.
There were 11 hikers in our group. We settled into 3 groups of different paces, finishing the distance in 8 hours, 9 hours, and 11 hours for the hardy ones who chose to add 3 more sunny miles to see the Colorado River from the Mid-plateau Trail's edge. I decided not to do that, reasoning that I already saw the Colorado River back in 2020 when I ran Antelope Canyon 55k and sat on a perch overlooking Horseshoe Bend. That was a great enough memory for me. :-)
Anyway, the purpose of this email is to remind you that the Psychic / Spiritual Awakening Happy Hour starts tonight, from 8 pm EST.

So, what is Psychic/Spiritual Awakening Happy Hour all about?
It is a space for you to ask questions about anything metaphysical and or share stories of your SA journey - whether to just share the "weird yet wonderful" experiences, or ask for clarity or explanations, or hear affirmations and confirmations; or if you're curious about what Spiritual Awakening is about - you are welcome to listen in.
All we're asking is to keep an open mind and an open heart, aka Be Kind. Everyone is on their own weird yet wonderful journey. It is common to feel alone when in fact there are many of us on this path of intuitive self healing and self discovery.
I am asking everyone to respect one another's privacy, so we'll apply Las Vegas rule ;-) whatever happen inside the Happy Hour, stay within the Happy Hour. Please do not share other people's stories without their expressed permissions.
